The Sarma Kadayıf (roll of angel hairs) is a classic Baklove flavor. The baklava is prepared with creamy milky white walnuts and layers of thinly sliced filo dough. This walnut is also a delicious walnut that does not release its oil when chopped. Furthermore, it is professionally rolled with the milky white walnuts in between and baked in special ovens.
Sarma Kadayıf is made with the ingredients granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, butter, walnuts, wheat starch, egg and some secret ingredients of the blacksmith.
The baklava has an average shelf life of 10 days, provided the product is stored in a cool and dry place.
