Fıstıklı Havuç Dilim (carrot slices) Baklava with pistachio is made from 30 layers of wafer-thin filo dough. The filo dough ratio is slightly lower than other baklava. In the contents of the baklava, large amounts of coarsely ground Antep boz pistachio are used. Furthermore, it consists of larger slices as compared to other baklava. The amount of butter is slightly more abundant than classic baklava, but has less sugar syrup.
Fıstıklı Havuç Dilim is made from the ingredients granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, butter, Antep boz pistachio, wheat starch, egg, table salt and some secret ingredients of the blacksmith.
Fıstıklı Havuç Dilim Baklava has an average shelf life of 10 days, provided the baklava is stored in a cool and dry place.
