Bülbül yuvası (bird’s nest) with pistachio is prepared by adding Antep boz pistachio between a layer of filo pastry and wrapped with a filo pastry roller. After cutting it takes on a round shape. It contains a lot of pistachio.
Contents: granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, butter, Antep boz pistachio, wheat starch, egg and table salt.
Shelf life (if stored in a cool and dry place): 10 days
