The coconut roll is made from one roll of wafer-thin filo dough and is richly filled with finely ground coconut. The coconut roll is baked in the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees. Slightly less sugar syrup is used when preparing the dish than when preparing the classic baklava. The delicacy is the perfect dish with a fresh cup of coffee or tea.
The roll is made of the ingredients granulated sugar, ground coconut, drinking water, wheat flour, butter, wheat starch, egg, table salt and some secret ingredients of the blacksmith.
The products have an average shelf life of 10 days, provided the roll is stored in a cool and dry place
