The coconut roll is made from one roll of wafer-thin filo dough and is richly filled with finely ground coconut. The coconut roll is baked in the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees. Slightly less sugar syrup is used when preparing the dish than when preparing the classic baklava. The delicacy is the perfect dish with a fresh cup of coffee or tea.
