Bülbül yuvası (bird’s nest) with walnut is prepared by adding milky white walnuts between a layer of filo pastry and wrapped with a thin filo pastry roller. This walnut is also a delicious walnut that does not release its oil when chopped. After cutting it takes on a round shape. It contains a lot of walnuts and is decorated with half walnuts one by one.
Contents: granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, butter, walnuts, wheat starch, egg and table salt.
