Cevizli Baklava with walnut (ceviz) is prepared with an average of 40 layers of filo dough. Between the layers of filo dough, a creamy mass of milky white walnuts is placed, topped with sugar syrup.

Cevizli Baklava is made from the ingredients granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, butter, walnut, wheat starch, egg, table salt and some secret ingredients of the blacksmith.

Shelf life
Cevizli Baklava has a shelf life of 10 days if the baklava is stored in a cool and dry place.
