An extensive selection of our most popular baklava in one box. Something for everyone, but all freshly baked and prepared according to a traditional recipe. We have opted for variation of our tastiest baklava varieties: classic pistachio and pistachio kuru baklava, chocolate, coconut and of course (fistik sarma only in the kilo box) fistik sarmasi.
The baklava is prepared with an average of 40 layers of wafer-thin filo dough. Walnut or pistachio are placed between the layers of filo dough. It is baked in an oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes. Sugar and syrup are then administered in a masterly prescription quantity.

The baklava is made with the ingredients granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, butter, pistachio or walnut, wheat starch, egg, table salt and smith’s ingredient.
Shelf life
The baklava has an average shelf life of 10 days if it is stored in a cool and dry place.
Quantity
This mix baklava is delivered in half kilo or whole kilo boxes. The half kilo box contains 12 pieces and the kilo box contains 22 pieces.
